Description
As managing demand becomes more complex due to global customers and suppliers, it becomes more difficult to predict changes in demand. Because the supply chains are longer due to geographical distances, it becomes more difficult to react quickly to these demand changes.
This series consists of six distinct Webinars that cover these demand issues from basics to advanced techniques. Listed below are the six Webinars:
- Basic
- Forecasting Principles
- Demand Management Concepts
- Intermediate
- Forecasting Both Supply and Demand
- Methods for Reacting to Changing Demand
- Advanced
- How to Use Creative Forecasting Techniques in a Chaotic Environment
- Innovative Techniques for Managing Demand More Effectively
This series of Webinars is ideal for company management teams. The cross-functional teams should consist of key sales and marketing associates, key manufacturing associates, representatives from finance and/or accounting, and information services. This should include purchasing, materials, and logistics personnel. Also, individuals who are involved in using forecasts or developing forecasts should attend.
