About the Presenter
Ron Crabtree, CPIM, CIRM, CSCP, MLSSBB, is president of MetaOps, Inc—a consulting firm that specializes in strategic business transformation through training and consulting in Lean Six Sigma. He is an internationally recognized expert and author in cutting-edge business process improvement methodologies. He serves as adjunct faculty at Villanova University where he develops and teaches lean six sigma for the University Alliance Online professional education program. Mr. Crabtree is a co-author of two books on lean six sigma, is a master lean six sigma black belt, and writes the Lean Culture department in APICS magazine.
